Political Donation Disclosure Form

Applicants and/or persons wishing to make a submission on a Development Application are advised that they must complete and lodge with Council at the time of the Development Application or submission a Political Donations Disclosure Statement. The register of the Political Donations Disclosure Statements may be inspected at the Council office during normal office hours. The Political Donations Disclosure Form can be viewed and downloaded here.
